Today I am going to have an Integrity Day. This means that I partner with others and touch base every hour to briefly discuss what you have accomplished the previous hour and what you will accomplish during the next hour. It is all about getting things accomplished, productivity, and eliminating tolerations.

The Economy/Money/My Personal Financial Situation
Written by admin on February 10th, 2009I have been thinking about the changes in the economy for sometime, as most of us have. I have also been thinking about the Personal Power Formula as it applies to money. This simple 7 step process can be applied here with ease and grace to change the face of personal money issues. The interesting part is that I used this last year without even knowing it. Yes, I created the Personal Power Formula myself, but I didn’t even know that I was applying it to my own financial situation until I had cleaned it all up. Stay tuned and I will let you in on some secrets on how I actually did it!
Focus on the Present
Written by admin on March 27th, 2008What does it mean to focus on the present? Concentrate on the now? It really means to live in the only place that life happens, right here, right now. I have been practicing being present. Breathing to bring myself back to the now when I notice myself drifting off to thoughts of the past or the future. Life seems to flow better when I am living in the present. Breath for a bit. See what happens.
Being Sick
Written by admin on February 24th, 2008Man oh man! Being sick with the flu is just not fun! It puts a stop or major slow down to so many things. But, it really makes me stop and slow down too! Did you get that? It requires a big huge, whooooaaaaa! And a required attention to only the basics. That is one way to start noticing what is most important. It is also a way to loose some weight too. I lost 5-6 pounds in a couple weeks! Now, as I am getting better, the trick for me will be to BE this new person who is 5 pounds lighter and not revert to the one who was heavier. And also to BE the person who notices what is most important in any given moment. So, on to better health and focused attention.
Timing
Written by admin on January 23rd, 2008Who gets to desire WHEN something happens after you decide WHAT you want?
I hope you didn’t say you.
And of course the HOW–just forget it!
Desire
Written by admin on January 21st, 2008Creating your true desire begins with noticing and then crafting the
most clear vision you can.
Notice…craft vision…notice…craft vision… You get the idea…
This is step two of the 7 steps to lasting change…
The Secret to Raising Smart Kids

The Secret to Raising Smart Kids
Hint: Don’t tell your kids that they are. More than three decades of research shows that a focus on effort—not on intelligence or ability—is key to success in school and in life.

What makes you feel good?
Written by admin on January 19th, 2008When you are noticing your body this week, notice what makes you feel good. Notice the kind of touch, the temperature, the texture, the clothes, the voice, the music, the food, etc. What makes you feel good?
If something doesn’t feel good, stop doing it, step away, do something else. Don’t dwell on it, just move on to the next thing. Spend time finding the things that do feel good, instead of spending time on those that don’t.
