Tuesday, February 10th, 2009I have been thinking about the changes in the economy for sometime, as most of us have. I have also been thinking about the Personal Power Formula as it applies to money. This simple 7 step process can be applied here with ease and grace to change the face of personal money issues. The interesting part is that I used this last year without even knowing it. Yes, I created the Personal Power Formula myself, but I didn’t even know that I was applying it to my own financial situation until I had cleaned it all up. How is your year progressing?
Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008I know, it is only the second day of the year, but what do you think of it so far? What are your plans for the year? How much have you thought of it yet?
My family and I talked yesterday about 2008 and we created a list of 53 things that we would like to do for family events/outings. We plan to choose one event a week to enjoy together.
I am looking forward to them all!

Tuesday, January 1st, 2008Today is the first day of the rest of your life! What are you going to focus on for 2008? For me, this year begins with focusing on my body. It is a chance for me to discover and uncover the real me–physically anyway. What do I like to eat, how much do I want to weigh, what do I want to wear, how do I like to present myself? These questions and many more will be explored during my first 8-week teleclass beginning on Monday.
Making Space

The week between Christmas and New Year’s Day I have been focusing on cleaning out and clearing space. Years and years of accumulation in my basement is slowing turning into workable space for my office and for creative space for me and my children. It is so exciting to see the progress made each day. The possibilities are endless and I am enjoying the the idea that new things can now enter my life. There is much more work to be done, but taking a moment to notice my accomplishments feels good.
The end of the 2007
Monday, December 31st, 2007It is the end of 2007 and I am gearing up for a fantastic 2008! I am spending way too much time figuring out how to update my websites and create blogs. Simplicity is the key, but getting there sometimes takes a bit longer than expected.
