Who gets to desire WHEN something happens after you decide WHAT you want?

I hope you didn’t say you.

And of course the HOW–just forget it!

Desire

Monday, January 21st, 2008

Creating your true desire begins with noticing and then crafting the
most clear vision you can.
Notice…craft vision…notice…craft vision… You get the idea…

This is step two of the 7 steps to lasting change…

Personal Power

Friday, January 18th, 2008

How much do you notice yourself blaming others or any outside forces for your own feelings, events, or situations? Living in your own power means that you take 100% responsibility for everything in your life. If you notice it and/or it is happening to you, then you had a hand in creating it. The good news is that this is good news! If you are 100% responsible, then you don’t have to rely on someone else to fix it. You can start fixing it right away. The trick is that you have to realize that a problem can not be fixed with the same mind set that created it in the first place.

Push push push

Thursday, January 17th, 2008

How long after a big project that you have been working on do you notice how your body feels? Today I worked on a project for about 12 hours. When I completed the task and relaxed a bit I realized how my shoulders were up around my ears, my lower back was sore, and I was truly tired. So, why am I writing this instead of going to sleep? Well, this is more fun right now. Oh, and it takes a bit to wind down.

Here is a glimpse of what I am reading too.  See next post.

Focus on the Body

Monday, January 14th, 2008

And so it begins…
The Personal Power Formula: 7 Steps to Lasting Change for your Body 8-week teleclass has begun. We are off to a great start just noticing.

Remember, the key to noticing is to find the place of the observer-the real YOU-in a place of love not judgment.

This is not a time for figuring it out. It is just a time for gathering information. Notice with love.

Family Comes First

Monday, January 7th, 2008

Instead of beginning the Personal Power Formula: 7 Steps to Lasting Change for your Body tonight I spent the evening with my daughter at the hospital getting a test done.  She was in pain and we didn’t know the cause. This is the kind of event that makes me even more grateful that I have my own business. I am able to be with my family when I need to be there. I missed not having my class tonight, but I feel very good about keeping my priorities straight. Thank goodness that I can say that my daughter is OK. I hope she will be even better tomorrow. I am so grateful for the life I have!

First weekend of the new year

Friday, January 4th, 2008

What do you have planned for the first weekend of the new year? Weare picking a fun family outing from the list of 53-yes I know thereare 52 weeks in a year-items to do. Some items are counted more thanonce because they are so much fun… Like going to the movies…whichis what we are planning this weekend. The kids want to see The WaterHorse. Oh what fun it is to see a movie on the big screen.

How is your year progressing?

Wednesday, January 2nd, 2008

I know, it is only the second day of the year, but what do you think of it so far? What are your plans for the year? How much have you thought of it yet?

My family and I talked yesterday about 2008 and we created a list of 53 things that we would like to do for family events/outings. We plan to choose one event a week to enjoy together.

I am looking forward to them all!

Sent from my iPhone

Monday, December 31st, 2007

It is quite exciting to have received an iPhone from Santa!  I have been having quite a fun time learning all about my new phone, converting my email, calendar, and other computer programs to my  new all-in-one system.  Photos, music, podcasts and emails are all at my fingertips!  Oh what fun!

Time to write

Tuesday, December 11th, 2007

It is great to sit down and just write with a pen in hand allowing the pen to flow over the page. Try it for just ten minutes and see, not what comes out, but how you feel when you are finished. Happy writing!
